Back 'Generative AI Governance' with experience evidence #32 — Replaced "Generative AI Security & Governance" in Technical skills with Technical Pre-Sales Strategy. The governance claim had no experience entry behind it. Technical Pre-Sales Strategy is what the entire career arc demonstrates.
Updated the Skills section intro from "advisory range" to "pre-sales leadership" to stay consistent.
